I’m Adriana I’m so excited and ready to be your nail tech! ❗️PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING❗️ *Deposits are made upon booking your appointment: *A typical appointment deposit is $20, this holds your appointment scheduled and is applied to your service. *A party service deposit is $150, this also holds your appointment scheduled and is applied to the services provided. ( party services have a traveling expense that is not included on the deposit fee. Travel expense is dependent on the total distance traveled for the service provided.) * I have a 48 hour cancellation grace period. If the cancellation is within 48 hour of the appointment, the deposit will be kept and another deposit will need to be submitted for next service * After three cancellations the deposit and 35% of the cost of the service will be charged, and I will no longer be available to book with. * After 15 minutes of being late to the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a cancellation. The deposit is kept and will need to be repaid upon booking another appointment. - I am understanding of situational factors and try to be accommodating to cancellations. However, this does affect my time as a small business owner. * I will NOT provide a service over other nail technicians work. This includes removals, fills, etc. *Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment, as this is a time for you to be present and fully enjoy the service being provided and paid for. * Add ons will be discussed during the appointment and added appropriately towards the end balance. These policies are in places as a precautionary measure, as it could be a liability to you (as a client) and myself (as a nail technician and business owner). Cancellation Policy
